Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Office Management Internship for Administrative, Finance & Logistics at The Hive Showroom in Manhattan, NY. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to office administration, financial support, and logistics coordination to support our overseas vendors and retail partnerships. This internship is for a minimum of 3 to 6 month and may lead to a full hire.

- Experience with Office 365, especially excel V-lock and Pivot tables, Kutools
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of financial principles and budget management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Quickbooks enterprise, and other ERPs
- Previous internship or work experience in a similar role is a plus
- Studied accounting, finance, or company management
